This site provides information on procedures applicable to Russian and non-Russian citizens residing in Pskov and Novgorod regions who wish to apply for a Schengen Visa not exceeding 90 days in a half year period to travel to Estonia, but also to represented countries - Netherlands and Lithuania. Applications submitted at the Visa Application Centre in Pskov will be processed by the Pskov Chancery of the Consulate General of Estonia.

Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Ireland Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.
