The Embassy of France, Tripoli, Libya is pleased to announce the opening of their Visa Application Centre for acceptance of visa applications. To visit Visa Application Centre you need to book an appointment, book appointment here. You can either book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. This site provides with details related to your application submission and collection process along with other useful information you need to know.

All applications collected by the Visa Application Centre will be sent to The Embassy of France in Tripoli for assessment and resolution. Visa Application Centre staff has no say in the visa decisions taken by The Embassy of France, Tripoli.
 
Visa Application Process
Step 1: Prepare your application and supporting documents: Go to ‘All about your visas’ link on this website and find out details related to the visa category you want to apply for – here, you can find the applicable fee, documents required, Visa application form and more.
Step 2: Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit Visa Application Centre you need to book an appointment, book appointment here. You can either book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre.
Step 3: Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along with required supporting documents.
Step 4: Pay applicable Fee: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount in Libyan Dinar (Visa Fee + Service Fee + any additional services opted by the applicant).Officer will provide receipt for all payments made at the Centre.
 
Track Your Application
After submission of documents at the Visa Application Centre, you can also check status of your application online by simply providing the unique VAC Reference Number and your Date of Birth. VAC reference number can be found on the Invoice-Cum-Receipt provided by the Submission Officer at the application centre at the time of submission.
