Mandatory documents to be placed in a cloth lined envelope: |

Completely filled and signed visa form IMM. 47 (back to back) either typed or filled with block capital letters
(Can be downloaded from www.vfsglobal.com/Malaysia/India ). |

Original passport of minimum validity of 9 months from the date of travel with minimum 2 blank pages. |
| |
|
Two recent photographs (35mm * 45mm) with white background & 80% face appearance affixed to the visa form. |

|
Photocopy of Confirmed returned Air Tickets should mentioning the E-ticket no. & Flight details. The date of travel should be more than 2 weeks from date of submission at speed post office. |

All the mandatory documents are to be placed in a cloth lined envelope 24 cm x 30 cm in dimension. Each application to be packed in one envelope |

Demand Draft of Rs 1335 for visa fee should be in favor of “VFS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD” payable at New Delhi. The applicant need to write details like name, passport No and contact number at reverse side of Demand Draft. |

The envelope needs to be sealed in front of Speed Post officer. Speed Post will check the mandatory documents mentioned above for security reasons and then seal it in applicant’s presence. Speed Post will issue Acknowledgement Slip as a token of receipt. The speed post officer will verify the documents provided by the applicant and sign the same in front of the applicant. |

Speed Post staff accepts the total applications in each location, and sends it across to the visa application center individual packets
