VFS has been appointed as an outsourced partner by The Consulate General of Malta in Dubai to facilitate visa applications to Malta. Our office is located at a prominent location in WAFI mall, Dubai.

Applicants whose residence visa issued from Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Um Al Quwain and Sharjah can apply in Dubai and whose residence visa issued from Abu Dhabi or Al Ain can apply only from Abu Dhabi.

If an interview is required by the Consulate General then it can be conveniently scheduled at the visa application center. We offer the option of courier service for return of passport, directly at your doorstep.

This will reduce the chances of your application being delayed or declined due to inadequate or incorrect submission of documents.

Step 1 : Prepare your application and supporting documents: Go to ALL ABOUT YOUR VISA link on this website and find out details related to the visa category you want to apply for – here, you can find the applicable fee, documents required, Visa application form and more.
Step 2 : Submit your application and biometrics: Visit Visa Application Centre during submission hours and submit your completed Visa Application Forms (along with required supporting documents) and your biometrics. Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’. The work of the Visa Application Centre is primarily administrative in nature, and the decision on the visa application is entirely the prerogative of The Consulate General of Malta, Dubai, in UAE. Please also ensure you read the security regulation notices before you visit the Visa Application Centre
Step 3 : Pay applicable Fee: Please check 'Visa Fee' table provided under the visa category you are applying for. Visa Application Centre accepts the fee in CASH (UAE Dirhams) ONLY. A receipt will be provided for all payments made at the Centre
Step 4 : Processing of the application: Once received by the Visa Application Centre, applications will be sent to The Consulate General of Malta, Dubai in UAE on the next working day and the applicant will be given an appointment for a personal Interview (if needed) with The Consulate General of Malta, Dubai in UAE. Once the assessment is completed by the Consulate, the decision together with the passport and the other relevant documents will be available for collection from the Visa Application Centre.

Applicants are free to apply only within 90 days of their date of travel.

Representatives visiting the Visa Application Centre to collect the passport will need to hold an Authorization Letter along with the original receipt for the application. A copy of the representative’s ID card should also be attached.
