All About Visas
Before submitting your application to NZVAC, kindly prepare the following:

Visa Type
You can find out what type of visa you require for entry to New Zealand by reading the Application Guides.
Visa Application Form
Visa form with the most recent design date according to visa type, which has been originally completed and signed by applicant. Ensure that no pages are missing from the form.
Original passport
If applicants are unable to submit the original passport along with the application, applicants are required to provide a certified copy of their valid passport.
Additional covering attached to the passport would need to be removed. There should not be any plastic, leather, fabric, or any other material covering the outer part of the passport.
Photo
2 passport sized photos affixed to the box which is provided in the visa application form.

Each application requires 1 set of supporting documents. Thank you for making sure that all of the related documents have been copied for each of the people applying together in the group.
Payments
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

Visa
(Mandatory)

To know the visa fee, you need to determine the type of visa required as per your purpose of visit to New Zealand.

a. Over the counter at NZVAC:
Cash
Credit card:
the physical card must be present to be swiped through the credit card terminal.
The receipt of the credit card transaction requires a signature of the credit card holder for validation.

Please be informed that a remote credit card payment is unavailable at INZ office or NZVAC in Indonesia.
b. Mail in application: bank transfer.

VFS Logistic
(Mandatory)

IDR 200,000 per application.

a. Over the counter at NZVAC:
Cash
Credit card:
the physical card must be present to be swiped through the credit card terminal.
The receipt of the credit card transaction requires a signature of the credit card holder for validation.

Please be informed that a remote credit card payment is unavailable at INZ office or NZVAC in Indonesia.
b. Mail in application: bank transfer.

Value Added Services
(Optional)

For applicants’ comfort, VFS provides additional services to support applicants in the process of their visa application with VFS.

An authority Letter for a Representative
Applicants may appoint a representative to lodge the visa applications to NZVAC on their behalf. An authority letter stating this arrangement needs to be provided to NZVAC, along with the copies of ID of the applicants and the person who are representing them
Visa applications are not required to be submitted in person to NZVAC. They may opt for VFS courier service to pick up the documents from the comfort of their own home or office. Once the visa application has been finalised by INZ in Jakarta, VFS will return the passport to the desired address. Kindly refer to menu “Additional Services” for more details.


Terms and condition:
1. Kindly be informed that Logistic fee and other optional additional service fees are non-refundable if the visa application is refused, withdrawn, and or if the optional service(s) are cancelled by the applicant.
2. The original VFS payment receipt should be handed over during the passport collection. If the original receipt was lost, kindly provide a statement letter from the primary applicant along with his/her copy of ID. If the original receipt was lost and the passport need to be collected by a representative, kindly provide an authorization letter from the primary applicant along with copies of ID of the primary applicant and the representative.
