  • Achieved 50 million applications landmark since inception in 2001; including 10 million biometric enrolments
  • Awarded the key visa services global contract by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; entailing operations across 33 countries
  • Received worldwide visa outsourcing contract by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Greece; started operations in China, India, Nepal, Russia and Turkey
  • Awarded global contract by the Republic of Slovenia to serve the new client government in China, Egypt, India, Russia and Ukraine; also commenced operations in six Indian cities
  • Expanded association with the Government of Bulgaria; awarded global visa outsourcing contract by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bulgaria; and started operations in Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine
