Procedure for Evidencing of Visas:

In order to get the visa evidenced on their passport/s, the applicant/s only needs to submit the Passport (in original) & copy of the Visa Grant Letter received by the applicant from Australia. The applicant/s can are required to use the channel mentioned above for submitting the necessary documents. Please refer to the Visa Fees section for the Administration fee charged by VFS in this regard.

Applicants can track progress of their applications on the website using the unique reference number printed at the top on the invoice and the passport number.

Step 1
How to Apply
The Australian High Commission is pleased to announce the launch of new arrangements to improve Australian visa services across Nigeria in African Continent.

Effective 1st June 2010, applicants for all categories of an Australian visa except refugee, humanitarian and emergency should turn in their applications at an Australian Visa Application Centre. Applicants can lodge applications through the following means.

Step 2
By Visiting the Australian Visa Application Centers:
Applicants or their representative can visit the Australian Visa Application Centre located at these addresses to submit their applications.

Step 3
Each application must include the following:
Completed Visa application form
Photograph/s (not more than six months old)
Completed and signed checklist (click here)
Passport
Documents as listed on the checklist.
USD in cash for applicable Visa Fee
VFS administrative fee to be paid in cash at the VFS centre
The application after assessment by the Australian High Commission, Pretoria can be collected from the Application Centre where the application was submitted.
