Additional Services

The services mentioned here are optional. To use them, you will need to pay an extra fee in addition to the visa application fee. You must pay this extra fee in cash when you attend the visa application centre only.


Courier service

The visa application centre will courier the Australian Embassy decision on your visa application and original documents (if returned by the Australian Embassy) back to you for an extra fee of PHP380. Please enquire about this service when you submit your visa application at one of the VFS service desks.

Call Collect

Two Way Courier Service Process

The two-way courier service will provide a pick-up and return courier service for Applications and Decision envelope to the Applicant at an address of their choice. The fee for this service is Php 600. A Manager’s Cheque should be obtained from any of the local banks within the Philippines and made payable to VFS Services Phils. Pvt. Inc.

Important:  Please note that once you have secured a confirmed collection of your application/documents with reference number at the time of courier collection and for any reason your documents are not ready or any unavoidable circumstance arises and you were unable to cancel your booking before the scheduled pick-up of within 24 hours for Metro Manila; 48 hours for Provincial collection, you will be charged an additional One-way courier service fee of PHP 380.

Courier Pickup Process

SMS service - track your application

SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile phone at various stages of the visa application process.

At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message to your registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that the Australian High Commission has arrived at a decision with regard to your application.

Please note that this SMS service will not update you on requests for additional documents or information made by the Embassy/High Commission. These requests will be sent via your email address.

You can buy this SMS service for PHP110 at the same time you submit your visa application form and supporting documents at the visa application centre.

Assisted Electronic Service

This facility is available for an additional fee of PHP 750/- (per application) including the supporting documents upload. Service charge will include upload of any subsequent documents as per the request of the Australian High Commission / Embassy Only.


By availing the “Assisted Electonic Service” an applicant is acknowledging that under this service, VFS Global through the local partner will only be completing the data entry of an application Online on behalf of an applicant. VFS Global shall not deemed to be providing any advisory services and all Online questions will be answered on the basis of the information provided and duly verified by the applicant. VFS Global will not be responsible for the outcome of the Online Visa application. VFS Global will charge an applicant the prescribed fee which covers the scope of online data entry and application lodgement on applicant’s behalf only without any advisory or judgemental work.

 

ETA - Assisted Terminal

Appointed staff will provide assistance to visa applicants for completing an ETA/E visitor application form at the VAC as an optional service. For eligibility criteria, please click here.


The cost for this service is PHP 300/- per application.

 

Prime time appointment service – Manila only

The prime time appointment service is open from Monday to Thursday between 16:00 and 19:00.  This service allows applicants, who pay an additional fee, to lodge their applications beyond the normal processing hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 14:00)

The prime time service fee is PHP 2,100 per application. Please select the prime time option when scheduling an appointment online and pay the PHP 2,100 in cash when you attend the visa application centre.

Photograph service

Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the visa application centre. This will ensure that the photographs meet the Australian Consulate specifications. This service can be bought for an extra fee of PHP150 Four Photograph


Photocopying documents

There is a photocopying service at the visa application centre for a fee of PHP5 for each sheet.


Premium lounge service

The Premium service is available for those customers who would like to experience a dedicated service with individual attention of one of our staff. This service provides the following amenities which are included in additional fee of PHP2220:

  • Comfort and privacy
  • Personalised attention and service during application submission
  • Free refreshments and snacks
  • Free courier pass-back
  • Free photocopying (maximum of 50 pages)
  • Free passport-sized photo (if required)
  • Free SMS and email alerts

Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by the Australian Embassy in Philippines. Using the premium service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster.

You can get printouts of your document which you need to submit along with the application for PHP20

Your documents can be witnessed in the Visa Application Centre for PHP30
