Step 1 :	Should you wish to apply for a Schengen visa for The Belgium, you need to pay the Visa fees for short stay and VFS service charge of 2,675 THB or for Children 6-12 (until the age of 12 years minus one day (1) is 1,675 THB or Visa fees for long term and VFS service charge of 7,475 THB per application at any of the Bank of Ayudhya branches. Applicant's exempted from visa fee: Need to pay for service charge 275 THB Please fill the PAY IN SLIP and handover the same to the bank when making payments. VFS-Belgium Payment Form Ensure that you carry a photocopy of your current Passport to the bank. The bank will not be able to accept your payment without the Passport copy. Fill in the payment slip, a copy of which will be returned to you by the bank which remains valid for 30 days from the date of deposit.
Step 2 :	Wait for 1 working day and click here to schedule an appointment at the Embassy. (How to book appointment)
Step 3 :	Prepare your visa application and follow the instructions mentioned on this website and hand in your documents at the Embassy as per the scheduled appointment.
Step 4 :	Receive your processed passport by EMS (Thai Post).

Please ensure that you have checked the accuracy of those characters. Any mismatch should be reported to the bank immediately failing which you might not be able to schedule an appointment.

Please keep the Bank of Ayudhya fee receipt for your future records.

The appointment scheduling will generate an appointment letter which you will be required to carry at the Embassy for identification and entry.

Submit your application in person at the Embassy at the chosen date.
