HOW TO APPLY
VISA APPLYING PROCESS
Step 1 :
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category.
Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process your application, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy or Consulate
Step 2 :
You need to fill application form online at VisaOnWeb and register your email address. Please print your application form with barcode number.
An application form completed by hand will not be allowed.

Step 3 :
Once online application form is completed, schedule an appointment to submit your visa application at the visa application center. You will need to register your email address on below link, as this is a separate link from VisaOnWeb

Once an appointment is booked, the system will generate an appointment letter, please carry this when you visit the Belgium Visa Application Centre
Note: It is recommended to submit the applications well in advance before the estimated departure date at least 15 days but not longer than 90 days in advance.
All visa seekers are recommended to confirm their travel plans only after obtaining the visa.
The (maximum) processing time is 15 calendar days. This can be extended to 30 calendar days in case of missing documents or further investigation by the Embassy
Step 4 :
Prepare your visa application and follow the instructions mentioned on this website and submit your application in person at the Belgium Visa Application Centre at the chosen date

Step 5 :
Once you submit your visa application, you can choose to receive your passport via courier service or you can collect it at the counter.
