The Canada Visa Application Centre, Mongolia has been authorized by the Embassy of Canada in Beijing, China to accept visa applications, collect visa application fee, and return passports after processing at the embassy of Canada in China to citizens of Mongolia and foreign residents who which to travel to Canada. In addition, the Canada visa application centre will collect all relevant documents as requested by the embassy.

Important Notice:

All visa applications will be forwarded to the Embassy of Canada in China, for processing.

Please note there is no change in the Canada immigration rules. All applications will be assessed and decided by the Visa office at the Canada Embassy in China, in accordance with Canada immigration visa rules and guidelines.

The Canada Visa Application Centre provides visa application support service only. Staff members of Visa Application Centre have no power or influence over the outcome of an application. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the officers at the Embassy/Consulate Canada. Canada Visa Application Centre staff will provide visa information, but they cannot and will not offer immigration advice.

It remains our commitment to ensure the integrity of our visa process. Any applicant submitting false documentation or other information in support of their application may be refused a visa, and the matter maybe referred to the local authorities.

Step 1 :	Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consulate. You may refer to the link ‘All about Visas’ to understand details of various visas.
Step 2 :	Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this websites.
Step 3 :	Ensure photos are as per specifications.
Step 4 :	Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.
Step 5 :	Submit your application at the VFS centre in Ulaanbaatar along with the applicable fees in cash.
Step 6 :	Track your application online
Step 7 :	Collect your passport from the VFS centre or wait for courier delivery.
