Visa Fees applicable for Schengen visas types are listed in the table below:

Please Note:

The applicable visa fee in Kenyan Shillings KES (7,050) is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice. The fee is non-refundable.

There is VFS Global Kenya service charge of KES 3,700 (inclusive of VAT) applicable per application over and above the visa fees for all applicants.

Embassy visa fee and VFS service fee must be paid at the bank/M-pesa and deposit slip presented, when applying for all visa types at VFS.

VFS (KENYA) LTD. is proud to introduce M-Pesa, the online mobile fee payment service for applicants. M-Pesa is a globally recognised mode of payment and convenient to all.

Effective 15 November 2016, the Embassy of Denmark Visa Application Centre will shift  to  M-Pesa services to receive both Visa/Residence Permit Fees and VFS Service Fees at the Visa Application Centre.

M-Pesa payment of both fees (Embassy Visa/Residence Permit Fees and VFS Service Charge Fees) should only be made at VFS Visa Application Centre after completion of documents checks by the VFS Counter Staff.

Please Note:

There is an optional Courier facility for the return of processed applications available at a fee of KES 350 for application delivery within Nairobi and KES 750 outside Nairobi (Inclusive of VAT) per application. This is an optional service and needs to be paid over the submission counter.
