Legalization

Legalisation of Danish Documents

When a Danish document is to be used for the Philippine authorities, it is usually required that both the original and the English translation are legalised by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen and the Embassy of Denmark.

Legalisation of Philippine Documents

The Philippine documents need to be legalised by the Embassy of Denmark before they can be considered valid documents in Denmark.

The Embassy can only legalise the Philippine documents after the documents are authenticated by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) (please refer to their website here for further information www.dfa.gov.ph).

For information on legalisation fee please see here.

Please note that the Embassy reserves the right to reject legalisation of a document with incorrect information or clerical errors even though it may have already been legalised by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs.
