The French Visa Application Centre  is a service from the company VFS Services Philippines Pvt. Inc. .

VFS has a unique objective to provide facilities either to schedule appointments for the visa section of the French consular authority, or to receive visa applicants.  VFS is to collect  visa applicant’s  files as well as their visa fee, and transmit them to the consular authority. VFS is also to  collect the passports from the French Consular authority after decision, and return it to the applicant either by way of personal pick up or delivery via courier service. .

French consular authority reserves the right to request for additional documents, call the applicant for an interview and hand over the passport directly to the applicant.

VFS is not responsible for the processing delays at the visa section of the consular authority, nor of the decisions taken by them.

In spite of all precautions to ensure the security of passports and documents provided by applicants, the exceptional cases and major force of loss or theft of passports cannot be excluded. VFS cannot be held responsible in such cases. However, VFS GLOBAL records neither loss nor theft of passports ever since the inception of the company in its Visa Application Centres.

Courier services are optional and provided by an external operator. VFS selects operators among the most reliable in the market, but assumes no responsibility in case of failure from their part. In case of loss of the passport during its transfer, the responsibility of VFS is limited to the reimbursement of the fees for replacement of that passport in accordance with the regular procedure. VFS cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the applicant due to the loss of the passport and attached documents.

Visa fees and service charges are not refundable.

No employee of VFS can modify the above mentioned service conditions.

In case of dispute, the Philippine courts alone are entitled to judge.

To use VFS’ services, applicants must accept the service conditions developed above.
