The Embassy of the Republic of Hungary in the UAE is pleased to announce the opening of its Visa Application Centre operated by VFS GCC LLC in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

For Prospective Applicants

Applicants who wish to apply for a visa for Hungary, you are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed will help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chance of your application being incomplete, rejected or taking long to be processed.

Applications can be submitted only with a prior appointment scheduled through this web site. Kindly book your appointment using the Schedule an appointment link for a successful submission.

Note: Applicants are advised to apply  at least 90 days within of their intended date of travel.

Step 1 : Please ensure that you read the security regulation notices before you visit the Visa Application Centre.
Step 2 : Before applying, please ensure that you are very clear  about your ‘purpose of visit’ –  The VFS staff will be available to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process your application, as this is entirely the decision of the Embassy. Please go to the “All about Your Visas” page to understand details  about the various visas types.
Step 3 : Complete your visa application form by downloading it from here and affix your photograph.
Step 4: Attach all supporting documents required as per the checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
