Hungary visa information - UAE - All about your Visas

Embassy of the Republic of Hungary, Dubai will accept applications from residents of the UAE.

Visa application can be submitted in person.

Processed applications can also be returned by Courier Delivery at an additional cost of AED 30 per passport.
Applicants have to pay their visa fees by Cash only in Euros

Schengen Visa Information:

A Schengen visa has to be obtained from the Embassy of the country where the MAIN PURPOSE OF TRAVEL lies. Therefore, please check your travel plans before applying at the Hungary Visa Application Centre in Dubai.

In case of travel to multiple Schengen countries, please apply to the Embassy of the country where you will be staying for the maximum number of days, or from the Point of First Entry into the Schengen Countries- if the duration of stay is the same in more than one Schengen Country

If you plan to apply for a Schengen visa at the Hungary Visa Application Centre, your main destination and the maximum period of stay in the Schengen States must be in Hungary only. Please provide proof to support this information.

Please note it is NOT the policy of the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary to deliver multiple entry visas for tourism purposes.

The Hungary Visa Application Centre will accept your application but cannot guarantee a visa as the decision to issue a visa and its duration is made by the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary in Abu Dhabi only. Applications will be accepted at the below mentioned address:

Along with the visa fees, there is a service charge of AED 128 applicable per visa application.

Photocopier and Photo Booth are available for your use at the centre, should you require it.

Note: Applicants having invitations from ICTP, Trieste, FAO, United Nations, ILO, have to contact directly the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary, Abu Dhabi.

PROCESS

Step 1

Tourists, Business, Family/ Friend visits, medical Treatment and Transit applications are accepted at the VFS application centre

Step 2

Please go to the link “All about your Visas” to choose the right visa category for you and the requirements to make the visa application.

Step 3

You must apply in person - On arriving the visa application centre, you will require to take a token at the entrance and be seated in the waiting area – you will next be called to our submission counter where your application and supporting documents will be scrutinized – your photograph and passport will be checked for validity – Finally, you will be issued a receipt for the fees and service charge paid as an acknowledgement. Please carry the originals and copies of all documents.
