VFS Global is a trusted partner to the High Commission of India in Malaysia and manages the administrative function of the passport and Other Consular Services.

As our work is administrative in nature, we have no impact on the outcome of the decision or the processing time. These are determined only by the High Commission of India in Malaysia.

All applicants must apply in person. Applicants are solely responsible for submitting the applications. Any false documents or other misrepresentation of information in support of their application will have a direct bearing on the judgment of their application by the High Commission of India in Malaysia.

Step 1 :	Click, “All About Passport and Other Consular Services”.
Step 2 :	Check fees payable and payment options
Step 3 :	Sign form/s at all indicated places
Step 4 :	Ensure photos are strictly as per specifications. Click here for photo specifications
Step 5 :	Attach all supporting documents as per the requirement of the High Commission of India. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.
Step 6 :	Submit your application at the India Passport and Other Consular Services Centre.
Step 7 :	Track your application online
Step 8 :	Your passport and attested documents will be returned to you by the mode of delivery selected by you once processed. Allow for 2-3 days transit time for courier return applications. Transit times differ by location and do not take into account any public holidays.
