Welcome to the website of the India Visa and Consular Services Centre’s in The Netherlands
The India Visa and Consular Services Centre’s are authorized by the Embassy of India in The Netherlands, to accept applications for Visa, Passport, Overseas citizenship of India (OCI), and Persons of Indian origin card (PIO), collect Visa Fee, Service charges & other fee and returning documents to applicants.
All applications will be assessed and decided by the Consular Section of the Embassy of India, The Hague, The Netherlands
India Visa Application Centre’s are managed by VF Services (UK) Limited in Netherlands, through its partnership with VisaVia AG Netherlands. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the officers at the Embassy of India The Netherlands, The Hague. Staff members of VF Services (UK) Ltd. in The Netherlands have no role or influence over the outcome of an application.

Postal applications are NOT accepted at any one of centres. Please submit
your application in person, travel agent or through representative only.

The Embassy follows a mix of prescribed Indian and The Netherlands holidays.
The VFS Centre’s do the same. To ensure that you do not visit the office on a
closed holiday, check the Holiday Schedule of the VFS Consular Services where you are applying before
visiting it. |

Processing times vary depending on various considerations. Please check
relevant processing times. |

OCI and PIO cards cannot be issued on an emergency basis; apply for a visa
instead if you do not have time to wait for OCI/PIO to be processed.

Services are granted at the discretion of the Government of India. Fees are not
refundable even if services applied for is refused after processing. |
All visa applicants’ passports should be valid at least for 190 days. Applicants are solely responsible for the applications they submit. Any false documents or other is representation of information in support of their application will have a direct bearing on the judgment of their application by the Embassy of India in The Netherlands, The Hague.
