COLLECTION OF PASSPORT/OCI/PIO
Passport/OCI Card/PIO Card Applicants who applied through our offices across Netherlands on or after March 01, 2011 onwards are requested to collect new passports, OCI, PIO Cards only from our office at Den Haag and not from The Embassy of India, Den Haag.

The list of persons whose Passports, OCI and PIO Cards are ready for collection can now be checked online. Please click here to see if your document is ready for collection. If you find your name on the list, please follow the below procedure to collect your document.

Passport/OCI Card/PIO Card Applicants who applied till 28 February 2011 are requested to directly collect from the Embassy between 1530 – 1700 hrs on all working days of the Consular Section.  They are requested to bring the receipt along with current Indian passport, Dutch Passport as the case may be.

PASSPORT APPLICANTS are requested to submit their current passport along with receipt to our office in Den Haag between 0900 - 1200 hrs on all working days. The current passport would be cancelled and returned with new passport by the Embassy. This can be collected by the applicant on the same day between 1700 – 1800 hrs from our office in Den Haag.
 
OCI CARD APPLICANTS are requested to submit their Dutch passport along with receipt to our office in Den Haag between 0900 - 1200 hrs on all working days. The Dutch passport provided with OCI visa sticker would be returned along with OCI booklet by the Embassy. This can be collected by the applicant on the same day between 1700 – 1800 hrs from our office in Den Haag.

PIO CARD APPLICANTS are requested to submit their Dutch passport along with receipt to our office in Den Haag between 0900 - 1200 hrs on all working days. The Dutch passport along with PIO booklet would be returned by the Embassy. This can be collected by the applicant on the same day between 1700 – 1800 hrs from our office in Den Haag.

PROCESS


Step 1
Click, “All About Visas”. Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel; do not make any confirmed bookings.

Step 2
Complete your application duly filled in the downloaded application form.

Step 3
If the application has been completed you must download & print all form/s, read and complete Checklist.

Step 4
Check fees payable, payment options and documents required. All such details can be found in the respective visa categories under the section

Step 5
Sign form/s at all indicated places.

Step 6
Ensure photos are strictly as per specifications.

Step 7
Check processing time to plan your travel accordingly.

Step 8
Attach all supporting documents required as per the Checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Step 9
Submit your Application along with the passport and required documents at any of our India Visa Application Centre in The Hague or collection Centre’s at Amsterdam & Rotterdam by person to the respective.

Your passport will be returned to you by the mode of delivery opted by you when submitted. Allow for 2-3 days transit time for courier return applications. Transit times differ by location and do not take into account any public holidays.
