For those applicants who wish to pay extra for that personal touch and enhanced customer service, this service will guarantee you one-to-one attention with a dedicated member of staff who will guide you to a separate waiting area. Here, your application will be dealt with in stylish surroundings with refreshments available. Your visa application form will be completed for you. We will also undertake any photocopying of documents that you May require. Your time is precious, and your entire experience will be one of speed, efficiency and the level of customer service you demand. Once returned from the Consulate your passport will be couriered (upon request only) to your home or office. There is an additional fee for this service of 150.00 Dirham.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE A FASTER TURN AROUND TIME FOR PROCESSING OF VISAS BY THE EMBASSY. |

Passport Courier Return: |

The VAC will courier your passport back to you for a small extra fee of 30.00 Dirham. Ask for this service when you submit your application at one of our service desks. |

Form Filling: |

Our staff will sit down with you and complete the visa application form on your behalf at our VIP lounge. If you wish to have this service, you should inform reception when you arrive at the VAC. |

Photocopying of Documents: |
| |
If you advise our service staff that you need photocopies of certain recommended supporting documentation, for a fee of 2.00 Dirham per sheet our staff will take copies for you and for a fee of 5.00 Dirhams per sheet you can receive your faxed documents. |

Medical Insurance |

Now you can get your Medical Insurance done from our VAC at a 5% discount. If you wish to get your medical insurance please ask for the RSA insurance counter and get your insurance done online at the same time. You can pay your insurance through credit card or cash. |
