For Prospective Applicants

If you wish to apply for a temporary or long term visa to Italy, kindly read the information on this site carefully. If you follow the guidelines listed on this site, you will be able to submit your documents accurately. This will reduce the chances of your application being rejected due to inadequate or faulty submission of documents.

Applicants are requested to read the following steps carefully before submitting their application at the Italy visa application center, Yaounde and Douala

Step 1 :	Applicants are required to submit their applications personally at the VFS Italy Visa Application centre in Yaounde and Douala.
Step 2 :	Make a clear copy of all the original documents, previous UK, US, Canada, and Schengen visas and three clear copies of passport data page.
Step 3 :	Complete the visa application form. You can download the form from our website.
Step 4 :	Pay your and service fee at the teller counter at the Visa Application Centre.
Step 5 :	Along with your application form and Fees mentioned on this site you can come to our application centre between 08.00 AM to 1.00 PM at Yaounde (Monday - Friday, except the holidays observed by the Embassy of Italy and Federal Government of Cameroon and between 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM at Douala (Monday – Friday). Applicants can make entry inside the centre to submit their visa application latest by 12.30 pm at Yaoundé and 11.30 am at Douala.
