Please be informed that from 20 March 2012 onwards you may submit your application for visa to Italy at the Italy visa application center without any prior appointment from 0900hrs to 1500hrs on all working days between Sunday to Thursday.
You are requested to submit your application with required documents, in case the requirement of the documents is not fulfilled by you your application will not be accepted at the Italy visa application center.
All applicants are requested to complete their application form and bring the documents as suggested in the checklist in order to avoid any delays in processing of their visa.

Submission timings: 0900hrs to 1500hrs on all working days.
P.S.: No application will be accepted after 1500hrs and in case if any documents are missing applicant will have to take new appointment to submit an application.

VIP Companies and Accredited Travel Agents
VIP companies and accredited travel agencies, approved by the Embassy of Italy, can submit application/s without appointment at the following time:
Submission timings VIP companies: 0900hrs – 1500hrs on all working days
Submission timings for accredited travel agencies: 1400hrs to 1500hrs on all working days
P.S.: W.E.F 01 February 2011, it is mandatory for the VIP companies and accredited travel agencies to submit the name of applicants on the letter head of the company with the application duly signed by the authorized personnel of their company. |
