Applicants can send their application directly to Japan Visa Application Centre, New Delhi from six Blue Dart centers (Agra, Amritsar, Dehradun, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Guwahati) for forwarding to the Embassy of Japan in New Delhi.

VISA FEES / SERVICE CHARGES

The applicants using courier facility must enclose two separate bank demand drafts drawn in the name of VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi for visa fee and service/ courier charge.

Demand draft 1 (visa fee) – This demand draft shall be for applicable the visa fee as per category. Please visit the visa fee page to know your fee.

Demand draft 2 ( service charge/ courier charges) – This demand draft shall be for the service charge (INR 550) and courier charge (INR 500) which shall be a total of INR 1050 per application inclusive of taxes. This is non-refundable.

COURIER GUIDELINES

Applicant needs to ensure the following before handing over application to Blue Dart officer:

	Applicant completes his/her visa application form duly signed, ensures all supporting documents, photograph as per specification (collectively, the “Documents") and enclose his/her passport along with applicable fees demand drafts.
	All the mandatory documents are to be placed in a 24 cm x 30 cm cloth-lined envelope.
	Each application has to be packed in a separate envelope.
	Applicants should visit the specified Blue Dart office and quote the centralized code 114214 for booking the shipment to Japan Visa Application Centre.
	The content of the envelope will be checked by the Blue Dart executive while booking the shipment and it needs to be sealed in his/her presence.
	Blue Dart executive issues Air Waybill as a token of receipt. There is no payment to be made by applicants to Blue Dart directly at the time of booking the shipment.
	Each envelope has to be addressed to:   VFS Japan Visa Application Centre, 2nd Floor, Block E, International Trade Tower, New Delhi -110 019
	The air waybill needs to be kept safe and shown at the time of receiving of the passport after processing.

Kindly Note:

	Please check the spelling of demand drafts before sending.
	Applications received with wrong demand draft for either of VFS service charges or Embassy visa fee will not be processed and VFS will not be liable to send back the unprocessed demand draft/documents/application back to the client.
	If the return address provided by the applicant is not serviceable through Blue Dart; our VFS Japan Visa Application Centre, New Delhi Helpline will give you a call about the same. This may result in a delay in forwarding your Visa Application or returning your documents to you.
