This site provides information on procedures applicable to UAE citizens and nationals of other countries who are lawfully residing in UAE who wish to apply for a visa to travel to New Zealand.

The New Zealand Visa Application Centre in Dubai receives applications for permanent migration (family categories), visitor, work, and student visas from the below mentioned countries
Algeria   Lebanon   Saudi Arabia
Bahrain   Libya   Syria
Egypt   Morocco   Tunisia
Iran   Oman   UAE
Jordan   Pakistan   Yemen
Kuwait   Qatar   Afghanistan

Turkey (except visitor, transit and student visas, which are processed in Ankara)

Residents of the countries above who wish to apply for a visa to live in New Zealand under the business or skilled migrant categories will need to lodge their application with Immigration New Zealand in London.

If you are travelling on a passport from Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, or UAE you can visit New Zealand for three months without a visa. However, you will need to apply for a visa if you want to work or study in New Zealand.
Applications for visas for people holding diplomatic or official passports should be submitted directly to INZ branches in Dubai.

The New Zealand Visa Application Centre in Dubai are authorized by Immigration New Zealand (INZ) to receive applications for temporary entry and residence class visas for New Zealand, to collect visa application fees on INZ’s behalf and to return passports to applicants after a determination on the visa application has been made by INZ officers. The New Zealand Visa Application Centre will also collect additional documents requested by the INZ and forward them to the appropriate INZ branch in Dubai.

Please note that all applications will continue to be assessed and decided by immigration officers at the INZ branches in Dubai in accordance with certified New Zealand Immigration Instructions.

Staff members of New Zealand Visa Application Centre in Dubai provide facilitation services only. Although they provide information about submitting an application for a visa they cannot provide immigration advice and have no influence on the outcome of an application for a visa for New Zealand.
