| Vice President (VP) Americas

• MBA from a reputed institute
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (read, write and speak)
• Minimum working experience of 10 years in Americas of which last 5 years
should have been in a senior management role
• US National or holding a residence permit in the United States is preferred
• Should have led multi functional teams in a large set-up over a wide
geographical area
• Experience in setting up of new ventures would be considered as an added
advantage
• Hardcore administrative and multidisciplinary functional expertise
• Experience in handling business partners in Latin America will be a distinct
advantage
• Ability to innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase
productivity & cost effectiveness

º Managing operations for all countries in the region
º Developing and maintaining relationship of the highest order with the
Diplomatic Missions
º Market our services to the State Dept. in Washington DC
º Appointing new franchise partners and monitoring & develop business
relationships with existing ones
º Acquiring new contracts together with the Business Development Team on
on-going intervals
º Ensuring adherence to prescribed procedures and SLA's & meeting assigned
EBIT Targets
º Overall responsibility for maintaining efficiency with an oversight on
processes and activities
º Monitoring of all Visa Application Centres in terms of processes and
profitability
º Supporting Value Added Services Team with innovative ideas in order to create
new channels of revenue

MBA from a reputed Institute 15 - 18 years’
experience of which last 5 years should be in a middle/senior management
position with topline / bottom-line responsibility in Service/ Hospitality/
ITES Industry Overseas work experience is desirable though not mandatory.
Should possess hard core administrative and multidisciplinary functional
expertise. Should have led multi functional teams (HR, IT, Admin, Finance,
Operations) in a large set - up over a wide geographical area. Experience in
setting up of new ventures would be considered as an added advantage. Should be
able to communicate in French fluently (read, write & speak). Preferably of
UK national or holding a residence permit in any European country. |
