Manager - Business Development (Proposal Writing)

                                Mumbai, India

 

-   Graduate in Business Communications, English or its global equivalent from a recognized University/Institute
Min 5 + years of experience

-   Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, interact with Senior Management, Vendor Management, adherence to strict deadlines

-   Technical Competencies: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Graphics Design and Layout, Web Research, and proficiency with Graphic Software's such as Photo shop, Corel Draw, and Viso is necessary

-   Excellent command over Written and Verbal English Language

-   Will be required to work late evenings and weekends to meet proposal deadlines

-   Should be a Permanent resident or Passport holder for the country in question

 

-   Ensure adherence to instructions and deadlines in formal Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)

-   Providing quality assurance on formatting and content
Contributes introductory material to various proposal sections; crafts corporate information into customer - specific responses

-   Assisting in the development of new solutions and proposal ideas

-   Managing production and distribution of documents

-   Maintaining proposal tracking database

-   Share and transfer of knowledge and skills associated with function with colleagues on an ongoing basis

Executive - Sales (DVPC)

-   Degree in any field

-   Preferred experience with travel industry

-   Minimum 3-4 years of experience.

-   Should be a Permanent resident or Passport holder for the country in question

 

-    Generation of new sales leads and build new relationships with the help of the sales team for the region

-    Achieving sales targets as set by the Reporting Head for the region

-     Creating regional Market awareness for DVPC offerings of the region on various service offerings

-     Making Sales presentations to Corporate & Travel Companies

-    Build new relationship and manage existing relationship with Travel Companies & Corporate for the region

-   Execute the established call plan to maximize / organize field activity using the available time effectively

-   Ensure all call reports are submitted to the designated departmental head on a weekly basis

Manager - Value Added Services (VAS)

 

Multiple Locations

 

-    Dynamic Management Graduates in Sales and Marketing with 8+ years of experience with atleast 4 years of experience in growing and managing functions within Merchandising, sourcing, procurement or similar function overseeing execution and delivery of key milestone

-    Excellent analytical, commercial and relationship management skills required

-    Prior exp in negotiating contracts and business agreements with external vendors

-    Hands on experience on multi channel retail sales

-  The location would be primarily in India

 

-     Execute plans to create new channels of revenue

-     Identifying new opportunities and ensuring innovative product offering in order to create new channels of revenue

-    Control and track budgets and costs

-    Execute and implement models for all VAS products, services

-    Work closely with Marketing team on development of strategies to more effectively merchandise value added services products

-    10 + years of sales and product development experience in working with Travel industry is a plus

–  Working knowledge of financial modeling, including in-depth knowledge of building business requirement documents and business cases and media management

-    Prior exp in negotiating contracts and business agreements with external vendor

 

-     Strategy formulation and design

-    Execution of business strategy and plan to meet financial target

-    Work closely with the board to define the overall strategy on VAS and lead a team of VAS managers and staff to deliver compelling VAS product offerings

-    Innovate and propose novel monetization models for all VAS products / services and negotiate contracts with outside vendors and other business partners

-    Formulate marketing strategy to more effectively merchandise VAS products
