Please note that no applications will be accepted after 15:00 so kindly ensure that you have all the required documents and completed application form if you come to apply close to the mentioned time. Otherwise you might be asked to come another day to submit your application.
Please note that we will be accepting urgent applications until 12:00 only. Also please be advised that additional documents can be submitted within 3 working days only from the day of request from Visa Application Centre.
* Please note that on the last working day of every month visa applications are accepted till 11:00 in the Russia Visa Application Centre in Helsinki, and till 10:00 in the Russia Visa Application Centre in Lappeenranta. Documents submitted later will be considered for processing starting from the next working day only. Collection of ready documents is from 9.00 to 16.00.
