1.	Application Form (14) duly completed and signed by the applicant (Form 14 is also downloadable from: www.ica.gov.sg
2.	1 recent passport sized colour photograph with white background.
3.	Passport & a photocopy of passport (pages showing personal details and the validity as well as endorsement of valid visas to other countries, if any)
4.	Ensure that the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of departure to Singapore.
5.	Hotel & travel reservation printout/confirmation.
6.	Letter of identification from the employer/sponsor
7.	A letter of invitation from Singapore contact/company with signatory’s name/NRIC number & designation if application is made for business purposes.
8.	Official translation of the documents are required if they are not in the English Language.
9.	Incomplete/illegible forms and /or documents submitted may result in the application being rejected or the processing delayed.
10.	All documents must be submitted on A4 size paper only.
11.	All documents submitted to the embassy should be in English.

Process

Step 1

Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy. Step 2

Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this websites. Also, please mention name along with surname of father and spouse, if applicable.

Step 3

Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4

Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5

Submit your application at the VFS centre in Riyadh along with the applicable fees in cash.

Track your application online

Step 7

Collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre or wait for courier delivery.
