1. Application Fee

 The visa application fee must be paid in cash only. The visa application fee for each application is SAR 90.00.

The applicable visa fee in SAR 90 is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice due to sudden foreign exchange fluctuations.
The visa fee is non-refundable.

2. Service Charges
  Applicants shall be levied a service charge of SAR 140.00 per application. This fee is payable in cash only
   
3. Additional services
  The fees listed here are in addition to the visa application fee and the service charges. The services can be purchased at the visa application. These services are supplied by VFS.
   
4. Processing Time
  The processing time for a visa application is between 3-5 working days excluding the day of submission and the Saudi & Singapore week-ends. However, some applications may take longer if further verification is required.

Process

Step 1
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy. You may refer to the link ‘All about Visas’ to understand details of various visas.

Step 2
Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this websites. Also, please mention name along with surname of father and spouse, if applicable.

Step 3
Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4
Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5
Submit your application at the VFS centre in Riyadh along with the applicable fees in cash.

Step 6
Track your application online

Step 7
Collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre or wait for courier delivery.
