Ans Effective from 14th December 2010, South Africa Visa Application Centre Lagos and effective from 27th January 2011, south Africa Application Centre Abuja will accept the applications and documentation on behalf of the South African High Commission. The Visa Application Centre timings are Monday to Friday 08 AM to 03 PM (except on holidays declared by High Commission and Federal Govt. of Nigeria)

Ans Yes, applicant is required to submit the application personally at the South Africa Application centre.
 
 
Q.3 Can I apply for long term/permit visa as well at the centre?
Ans
No. for the long term and permit visa, applicants are required to submit the application at South Africa High Commission.
 
 
Q.4 What are the documents that are required to be submitted at the time of application?

Q.5 What should I do after submitting the Visa application?

Q.6 What is the procedure if the visa id denied by the South African High Commission?
Ans Your passport will be handed over to you at the Visa Application Centre where you applied. Visa Fees and Service Charge, once paid, are non-refundable.

Applicants are requested to read the following steps carefully before submitting their application at the South Africa visa application centers

Step 1
Applicants are required to submit their applications personally at the VFS South Africa Visa Application centres

Step 2
Make a clear copy of all the original documents, previous UK, US, Canada, Japan and Schengen visas and three clear copies of passport data page.

Step 3
Complete the visa application form. You can download the application form from our website.

Step 4
Pay your visa application fee and services fee at the bank teller counter at the Visa Application Centre.
