14 May 2013 : Embassy of Spain has instructed that
Applications submitted from 10 May 2013 -17 May 2013 will not be processed by
the Embassy of Spain, New Delhi due to system failure till further notice.
Kindly refrain from sending email requesting urgent processing of these
applications or the current status of the same. Applications during this period
must personally submit their visa applications at VFS visa application centre.
Travel agents will be able to submit their applications only after further
guidelines have been issued by the Embassy of Spain, New Delhi."

Sworn Declaration is mandatory to be provided along
Visa Application form at the time of submission. |

Please be informed that Spain Visa Application Centre in Hyderabad will start
from 03 December 2012.

19 October 2012 -Blue Dart will be shut for Operations During Durga Puja :
This is to inform that during the Durga Puja period, BLUE DART will be shut for
operations in Kolkatta from 21 to 24 October, 2012. Hence all applications
accepted during this period would be collected from Kolkata on 25October and
reach Delhi on 26 October and the same will be forwarded to the Embassy on 29
October 2012 (27 & 28 being a weekend). |

11 April 2012:
This is to keep you informed that VFS Spain Visa Application centre will not be
accepting new Visa Applications from 19 to 22 April 2012 due to technical
upgradation of the Visa Systems at the Embassy of Spain In New Delhi and the
Consulate General of Spain in Mumbai. The Embassy of Spain in New Delhi and the
Consulate General of Spain in Mumbai will not be accepting applications at the
Embassy or Consulate General from 20 to 24 April. Applicant can collect
passports and submit additional documents at the VFS Spain Visa Application
centre.
Please note in case you are applying directly at the Embassy of Spain or at the
Consulate General of Spain, you can apply 25 April onwards.

Spain Visa application centre on 29 and 30 Dec 2011 will be forward to Spain
Embassy on 03 Jan 2012.
