Status Tracking Through SMS

The service supports transfer of SMS in English or Bahasa Indonesia and provides an applicant with convenience at their finger tip. Additionally, this user-friendly service will be followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email id informing them of the status of their visa application.

This valuable service can be purchased for IDR 20000 (inclusive of VAT), during the time of submission of the visa application

Courier Service

We are also providing courier service. Once the application process has been completed by Embassy of Spain in Jakarta, we would send the document straight to your desired address using our trusted courier partner. VFS will courier your documents back to you for a fee. Please ask for this service when you visit the visa application centre. You can also contact our Call Centre for further information.

This valuable service, can be purchased for IDR 50000 - IDR 150000 (inclusive of VAT) depending on the location, during the time of submission of the visa application
