The Spain Visa Application Centre aims to offer a fair and professional service to all our customers. We welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where we need to improve. If you have received particularly good service from us, or if you have any complaints, or comments or are concerned about the standard of service you received, please let us know. We investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply. The supervisor of the Visa Application Centre shall provide access to the Register on demand. Alternately, we also maintain suggestion/feedbox forms which can be completed and dropped at the suggestion/feedbox box available at the centre.
