Every applicant applying for a Schengen visa to travel to Spain for a short term has to appear in person to hand in the application at the Embassy of Spain in Tripoli, Libya. Please follow the steps listed below for scheduling an appointment:

	Call the call center at +00218928247243 or < +216 71850750> or click here to go to the appointment calendar page.
	Select a date and make the VFS Service Charge payment online or through the IVR. This will confirm your appointment.
	On successful scheduling of your appointment take a print of the appointment
	Please print it legibly on a clear paper and carry it to the Embassy 15 minutes before your scheduled time along with your visa application and complete documents as per the checklist.

Rescheduling an Appointment: You are allowed to reschedule your appointment only once. Rescheduling is allowed only till 2 working days prior to your initial scheduled date of appointment. Further change in date will be considered as a fresh appointment and a new service charge payment will have to be made.

Cancel Appointment: In case you wish to cancel your appointment you forfeit the service fee paid to VFS. In order to make a new appointment you will have to make the payment again.

Please note: The service fee paid to VFS will not be refunded under any circumstances.
