Legal residents (nationals and foreigners) in the provinces of Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo, North West, Mpumalanga and Kingdom of Lesotho must submit the application at the Pretoria VAC. These applications will be assessed by the Embassy of Spain in Pretoria.
	Legal residents (nationals and foreigners) in the provinces of Northern, Eastern and Western Cape, Kwazulu Natal, must apply at the Cape Town VAC. These applications will be assessed by the Consulate General of Spain in Cape Town.
	Legal residents of the Republic of Comores, Republic of Madagascar and Republic of Mauritius must apply for Schengen visa at the French Embassy in their respective countries.
	Legal residents of the Kingdom of Swaziland must apply at the Spanish Embassy in Mozambique.
	Mauritius Nationals need No Schengen visa for a Short stays (up 90 days)
