The Consulate General of Switzerland in the UAE is pleased to announce that VFS GCC LLC has been chosen as the service provider for managing the appointment bookings submitted in UAE.

Visa applications must be submitted at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Dubai (UAE). All applications will be assessed by The Consulate General of Switzerland, Dubai.

If you wish to apply for a visa for Switzerland, we strongly recommend that you read the information on this site. The provided guidelines will help you prepare your application as accurately as possible and prevent any processing delays

Visa applications will be submitted at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Dubai (UAE). All applications will be assessed by The Consulate General of Switzerland, Dubai.

As of 20 June 2011, all visa applicants must have an appointment to submit their visa application at the Consulate General. One appointment will be allocated per person, for example, if families of five are applying for visas, then 5 appointments must be made.

There are a limited number of daily appointments. You may book your appointments in advance.

Step 1 :	An appointment request may be submitted by the website or taken over the phone at our call center. Each applicant is required to provide the name as in the passport, the passport number, mobile phone number and e-mail address. You will be given an appointment time and date and reservation number.
Step 2 :	The charge for this service is AED 50.00 (Fifty dirham) per application. Payment must be made in via the secure payment on the website for an immediate appointment confirmation. If the applicant wishes to book an appointment with our call canter, he/she can make the payment at the application centre along with the booking reference within 24 hours. In return you will be given a Visa Appointment and Receipt.
Step 3 :	Arrive at the World Trade Centre no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and present the confirmation receipt on Level 22 to the Security Guard

Please note that any appointment reservation that you make at the call centre will only be held as confirmed once payment is received by VFS GCC LLC. They will hold your request pending payment for 24 hours after which they may release the time slot to the next applicant
