  • Australian Visa Application Centre in Hong Kong resumes operation from 05 August 2020 to accept supporting documentations for the following two visa categories only.

    • Business Talent visa subclass 132
    • Business Innovation and Investment visa subclass 188

    Customers are required to make a prior appointment before visiting the centre as no walk in appointments or information services will be available. Customers needing assistance with completing their Visa form online can avail this service at the Visa Application Centre, for an additional fee. Please make this selection at the time of making your appointment.

    In light of the current COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak, our standard operation remains impacted and customers will not be able to avail any other services until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and kind co-operation.   • Upcoming changes to child visas – effective 01 April 2020

    The Department of Home Affairs have advised - 01 April 2020, all new applications for these following visa subclasses:

    • Child (Subclass 101)
    • Adoption (Subclass 102)
    • Orphan Relative (Subclass 117)

  • Important information about appointment booking and visa submission if a tropical cyclone Number 8 storm signal or Black rainstorm warning alert notification is issued: In case such a weather warning is released by The Hong Kong Observatory to temporarily close businesses and schools in Hong Kong, applicants are advised to reschedule your appointment booking as soon as possible if applicable.
