3 Simple Steps

With the easing of local government restrictions, the Australian Biometric Collection Centre in Paris will resume limited operations from 17 December 2020 for Biometrics collection, strictly by appointment.

Current operational days and timing for the ABCCs, except French Bank holidays, are:

1. Operational days: Monday to Friday
2. Operational timings: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 16:00

Customers are required to make a prior appointment before visiting the centre as no walk-in appointments or in-person information services will be available.

Customers needing assistance with completing their Visa form online can avail the service at the Biometric Collection Centre, for an additional fee. Please make this selection at the time of making your appointment.

Travel restrictions are in place and subject to change. You cannot come to Australia unless you are in an exempt category or you have been granted an individual exemption to the current travel restrictions. Scheduling an appointment for Biometric enrolment is mandatory. Walk-in clients will not be accepted to submit their biometrics without a prior appointment. For more details, click here
