Feedback

VFS Global aims to provide an efficient service to its applicants. If you have a feedback / complaint, we would like to know about it as soon as possible. China Visa Service Facility operated by VFS Global maintains a Feedback / Complaint Register for the benefit of the applicants. The supervisor of the China Visa Service Facility shall provide access to the Register on demand. Alternately, we also maintain suggestion/feedbox forms which can be completed and dropped at the suggestion / feedback box available at the centre.

In all cases please provide:

  • Your name,
  • Address
  • Telephone number and
  • A clear description of your complaint with as much detail of names, dates, places and other background as possible.

If you are a VISA applicant then please provide following details as well:

  • Your Date of Birth
  • Type of Application
  • Any Application reference number(s) / Passport Number (s)
