How To Apply

Please follow the steps outlined below to apply for a C visa. C visa allows you to stay in Croatia for 90 days in each 180 days. If you want to stay longer, for example to study or work, you need to apply for a national visa (residence permit) at the Embassy of Croatia in Moscow. Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your purpose of visit – we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but we are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa type. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy of Croatia in Moscow. Visa applications can be submitted at the visa application centres in Kazan, Krasnodar, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saratov, Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Perm, Ekaterinburg and St. Petersburg during the opening hours without an appointment. Please note, an appointment is mandatory to apply for Croatian visa at the Visa Application Centre in Moscow. Visa applications can be submitted at Croatian Embassy directly.

To make an appointment, please call on +7 499 703 4985 or +7 499 704 5582, (Monday – Friday) from 09:00 am till 17:00 pm.

Main Rules:

  1. Dear Guests: We would like to pay your attention to documents submission. Submission process can be strictly realized by personal presence or through second persons: Your relatives if they present documents for relationship.
  2. Croatian Service Visa Center doesn’t accept documents form third persons by letter of attorney or corporative attorney.

Step 1

Please feel convenient to complete visa application form and sign it. Please ensure that you furnish all required documents.

If you can’t prepare the Visa Application form by yourself, our manager can fill the Visa application form for you.

Step 2

Please select the city where you will apply and download the form "Consent to the processing of personal data":

Step 3

Make an appointment (for applicants who are going to apply in Moscow VAC/Embassy of Croatia) and Submit your application at the visa application centre.

Step 4

Once the application process is completed, you will be notified by a text message (if SMS was opted during submission). You can also check the status of your application 24/7 online.

Step 5

Retrieve your passport from the visa application centre or have it delivered by courier.
