Before applying for your visa to Czech Republic, applicants should decide the visa type under which they wish to lodge their visa application.

Once you know the visa type you need to apply for, please read all relevant information to that type of visa which includes its Visa Fees, VFS Service Charges, Documents Required, Photo Specifications and Visa Application Form within that category.
Applicants should read all instructions carefully and then download the Visa Application Form. Clients can also get the visa application form by visiting the Czech Visa Application Centre.
Once all requirements corresponding to the visa type under which they wish to lodge their application are fulfilled, you are ready to apply for your visa to Czech Republic.

Please note that applicants have the possibility to submit their visa applications directly at the Embassy of Czech Republic in Uzbekistan.
Please note – Czech Visa Application Centre employees can only provide you with information and application forms for visas to Czech Republic, but they are not able to provide you with advice regarding which visa you should apply for. All application collected by Visa Application Centre will be sent to the Czech Republic Embassy in Uzbekistan for assessment and resolution. Visa Application Centre staff has no say in the visa decision taken by the Embassy.
Application for a visa to Czech Republic can be logged maximum 180 days before actual date of travel .
The processing time of all applications at the Embassy is approximately 15 working days. All the applications submitted in Tajikistan are sent for processing and decision making by the Embassy of Czech Republic in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, due to which we ask you to consider delivery time of approximately 10 days
