Welcome to the Web site for Denmark Visa Application Center managed by VFS Global. VFS Global is a commercial company, working as a privately-run service company, authorized by the Embassy of Denmark to provide the users with complete information on procedure and requirements for visa and to collect the visa applications. However, any assessment and decision on visa is taken by the Embassy only.
Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Denmark Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.
Entry into Denmark
Various rules apply to travels to Denmark depending on how you arrive in Denmark and your ties with or your purpose of entering Denmark.
Danish nationals and foreigners who are habitually resident in or hold a valid residence permit for Denmark can always enter Denmark regardless of their purpose. Foreigners who are not habitually resident in or do not hold a valid residence permit for Denmark must have a worthy purpose to enter Denmark and must present a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 24 hours before entry. There are a few exemptions, and special rules apply, including to foreigners resident in a border region.
Travellers, including Danish nationals and foreigners habitually resident in Denmark, must present a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 24 hours before they board a plane for Denmark.
Generally, everyone who wants to enter Denmark must take a test and subsequently isolate themselves for ten days.
EXTENDED UNTIL 15 APRIL 2021: As a temporary measure due to COVID-19, SIRI will not issue residence permits for students, interns and au pairs or their accompanying family members

The Denmark Visa Application Center Closed due to Public Holiday Christmas and New Year
As per the instruction from the Embassy of Denmark in Jakarta, Denmark Visa Application Center and Embassy of Denmark will close due to public holiday Christmas and New Year start on 24th December 2020 until 3rd January 2021. And will resume at Monday, 4th January 2021.
We encourage you to plan the lodgement of your visa applications to Denmark VAC to match your travel arrangement accordingly.
Visa operations are limited due to the current restrictions on entry into Denmark. You can hand in a visa application if you have to travel to Denmark and have a worthy purpose for entering Denmark. Re-opening of Denmark Visa Application Center in Jakarta
Based on the new PSBB regulation, VFS Services Indonesia will be operating at 25% of the normal capacity. Effective from Wednesday, 16 September 2020 the Denmark Visa Application Center will accept visa applications with certain limitations. Should you need more information, kindly send an email to email@example.com. Denmark Visa Application Center open only Monday and Wednesday.
Customers can lodge the visa application by appointment only.
Start from 01 September 2020 As instructed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark There is mandatory courier applied as prevention of COVID-19 until 31st December 2020.
As instructed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark starting June 29th 2020, Denmark Visa Application Center will start receiving application by appointment only for Long Term Visa Category only ( Family Reunification, Work Permit, Study Permit, Au Pair)

As per instruction from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark , customers applying at Denmark Visa Application Centre are requested to provide travel insurance covering the COVID -19 treatment. If it is not covered by the insurance, it is mandatory for customers to sign the incomplete document checklist. Any decision on the documents submitted by customers will be solely decided by the Embassy of Denmark.
As a precautionary measure to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all customers visiting the Denmark Visa Application Center in Jakarta are required to have their body temperature checked before entering the Centre. For customers with an appointment and having a temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃, our security team will date stamp the appointment letter and inform the customer to return with the letter when his/her health condition has improved, by emailing our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org Those with signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough and difficulty breathing) should seek medical advice as early as possible from the Indonesia Health Authorities. Increased Fees for Visa Applications
Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent.

NEW ONLINE VISA APPLICATION: From 01 July 2019, you should fill in your visa application and pay the application fee online using https://applyvisa.um.dk/. After you have applied and paid the visa fee online, you must print and sign the cover letter from ApplyVisa and hand in supporting documents and supply biometrics at the Visa Application Centre.
ONLINE PAYMENT OF Residence work permit application (long stay visa):
From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.
The embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/
The receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics.
Please note that in R/W permit cases there are three fees to be paid.
1) The fee to either The Danish Immigration Service or The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), 2) the fee to the Danish embassy (using the link https://dys.um.dk/permit/) and 3) the fee to the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS).
