Visa case processing in light of Corona virus/ COVID-19
The Danish Government has implemented extensive precautionary measures due to the Corona virus/COVID-19.
You can still apply for a visa to Denmark, however additional restrictions on entry into Denmark might be imposed in the coming days. These include, among other things, the possibility of medical examination on arrival, possible quarantine on arrival from high risk areas and the possibility of rejection of foreigners arriving from high risk areas at the border.

Handing in of a visa application:
An application for a Schengen visa can be handed in no earlier than six months prior to the intended entry into the Schengen area.
As a rule, applications should at the latest be handed in 15 days prior to the intended entry into the Schengen area.
The Embassy has 15 days to make a decision on the visa application from the date the Embassy receives the passport, application and biometrics. In some cases, the processing time can be extended to 45 days, when further case processing is needed.

After you have applied and paid the visa fee online, you must print and sign the cover letter from ApplyVisa and hand in supporting documents and supply biometrics at the Visa Application Centre https://www.vfsglobal.com/Denmark/Lebanon/
ONLINE PAYMENT OF R/W FEE:
“From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.
The embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/
The receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics. Please note that in R/W permit cases there are three fees to be paid. 1) The fee to either The Danish Immigration Service or The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), 2) the fee to the Danish embassy (using the link https://dys.um.dk/permit/) and 3) the fee to the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS).”
