Increased fees for visa applications
Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent

From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing mandatory online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.
The embassy fee must be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/
The receipt for the payment must be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics.
The embassy fee and the fee to the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) must be paid in addition to the fee to The Danish Immigration Service.

w.e.f 18 February 2019, the visa application to be filled online from the link https://applyvisa.um.dk and pay the visa fee online by credit/debit card. The manual application form will not be accepted.

Last day to accept the application this year for Resident Permit is on 20 December 2018

From 12 October 2018 to 19 November 2018, the building on Anson Road that houses our Joint Visa Application Centre on the 15th floor, will be under maintenance. During this time, lift access to the 15th floor will be unavailable. We request you to take the lift to the 14th floor, and the stairs to the next level. The inconvenience caused is regretted.
