HOW TO APPLY

Step 1

Prepare your application and supporting documents:

Go to “All about your visas” link on this website and find out details related to the visa category you want to apply for – here, you can find information on the applicable fee, documents required, Visa application form and more.

Step 2

Complete your Visa Application Form:

Visit Online Visa Application form to fill in and print out electronic visa application.

Step 3

Schedule an appointment

You don’t need an appointment for short stay visa, type C

If you would like to apply for long stay visa you have to schedule an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre. Such kind of applications can be submitted after making a prior appointment only.

Appointments can be made online or by telephone to the call centre. The website facility is available 24x7 hours while the phone-in facility is available on working days from 09:00-18.00 hours at (+38) 044 5949657 or (+38) 050 4193014. Visit Visa Application Centre personally and submit your completed visa application form along with required supporting documents.

Minor applicants under 18 cannot submit the documents in person, without the presence of parents or legal guardians.

Step 4

Pay applicable Fee:

Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and guide you to the bank cashier where you need to pay Service fee in local currency (Hryvnia) and Visa fee in Euro. Step 5

Provide your biometric data:

After fees payment proceed to the biometric booths in Visa Application Centre where Biometrics Officer will help you to provide your biometric data for VIS (Visa Information System).

The categories of citizens, who do not have to provide biometric data:

  • children under the age of 12;
  • persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible; In this case personal presence of the applicant is still required.
  • Heads of State and members of the national Governments (with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.

Please Note:

At the time of submission at the Visa Application Centre, applicant has the choice to order additional services.
