Please be informed that Visa Centers will start to accept the documents for national visa for drivers to Lithuania from 09th of June. The documents submission and passport collections can be done only with appointment.
If you would like to apply for a long stay national visa “D” or Schengen visa “C” you have to schedule an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre. Such kind of applications can be submitted after making a prior appointment only.
As of 27 May 2020, the rules for making an appointment to submit an application for a single-entry or multiple-entry national visa at the Visa Applications Centers for all categories are as follows:
The customer must send his/her request for an appointment by email firstname.lastname@example.org . Title „Request for an appointment“ must be written in the subject of the e-mail.
The following details have to be shown in the request:
Each request must contain 1 attachment: Scan of the valid passport of the customer in the pdf format.
The customer will receive the appointment date and time to his email address. In addition, he/she will also be contacted by the VAC officer in order to confirm the appointment.
Please note that quantity of slots is limited and VAC accepts applications for a national visa only by an appointment.
Please be aware that request not fulfilling the requirements set above, i.e. sent without all requested details and attachments, will not be further processed.

Please note that due to COVID-19 pandemic, there are quarantine measures implemented by Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine hence Visa Centers will remain closed and will not be operating to receive visa applications or to deliver passports until quarantine measures are lifted by the Government of Ukraine.
In the midst of pandemic situation, Visa Center is making an exceptional attempt to help you receive your passport if your visa application has been processed by the Embassy.
Visa applicants who had applied for visa to Lithuania until 13 March 2020 and whose passports were processed by the Embassy and are available with Visa Centers. Visa Centers staff will reach out to you for delivery of your passport in 5 to 7 days’ time. You are requested to wait for a call to be received from the Visa Center regarding your passport and do not come to the Visa Center as all Visa Centers in Ukraine are closed.

Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent. As of 02 February 2020 the National “D” visa fee will be 120 EUR for all foreign citizens, except Ukrainians ir Belarusians.

Embassy of Lithuanian Republic to Ukraine stops accepting biometric passports of Ukrainian citizens for non-urgent Visa applications
Attention! From 15 May 2017 Embassy of Lithuanian Republic to Ukraine stops accepting biometric passports of Ukrainian citizens for non-urgent Visa applications. Biometric passports will be accepted for urgent processing of application for single entry visa with planned date of entry before 11 May 2017 only.
Starting from 22 May 2017, acceptance of biometric passports of Ukrainian citizens stops completely.

Implementation of the rule of personal visa application submission from 8 June 2015
Kindly inform you on the following:
From 8 June 2015 Visa Application Centres of the Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine will accept visa applications only from Customers in person. According to the Embassy requirements the rule of personal visa application submission applies regardless purpose of travel or Customer’s citizenship. Exclusion applies to minor Customer whose visa applications should be submitted by one of the parents or legal guardian on the basis of birth certificate or court decision respectively.

Effective 26 May 2014 Visa Application Centre will be introducing the Form Filling service for the convenience of the Customers at the VAC. The service is purely optional and the Customers may avail this service at a nominal price of UAH 75 (all taxes included). Please contact the VAC staff to know more about the Form Filling service.
