How to apply for the service

Step 1:

Check out the price list which mentioned in the below table:

Step 2:

Send a request to email: MobileBiometricsKz@vfsglobal.com with the following information:

  • Name and Surname of the Applicant / Representative;
  • Contact number;
  • Requested Date / Time and Place of application submission;
  • Country and Purpose of Application

Step 3:

Once we receive your request we shall send you a reply within 1 working day with the total amount to be paid (including Mobile Biometrics fee, Visa & Service fees, Travel and other expenses).

Step 4:

After that Visa Application Center will email you Bank Details to proceed with payment.

Step 5:

Once the Applicant confirms the payment for MBS Visa Application Centre staff emails the complete list of supporting documents to the Applicant. Further on, all documents, including completed Visa Application Form need to be scanned and emailed to: MobileBiometricsKz@vfsglobal.com for check.

Step 6:

Confirmation of Date/ Time and Place where Visa Application Centre staff will be travelling for MBS.
