Schedule An Appointment

Before you visit the VFS Global Office in Perth, you will need to make an appointment using the online appointment system.

• For one application (online)
• For group/family bookings or appointment assistance (by email)

You can only book individual appointments in the online appointment system. For appointment assistance or group bookings for families, please email: pernlpp@vfsglobal.com.

Please state the full name of each applicant, date of birth and type of document (passport or ID card) for each applicant.

Once the appointment booking process has been completed, the applicant will receive an appointment booking confirmation email with the appointment letter (as PDF attachment), which can be printed as follows:

1. Open PDF attachment in email confirmation
2. Click File
3. Click Print and Confirm Printing

The appointment letter should be brought to the application centre and presented to VFS Global security staff upon arrival in the application centre on applicant's appointment date; the applicants are requested not to come earlier than 20 minutes before their booked appointment time in order to control crowd flow in the application centre.
