VIP Premium Lounge

Important Notice: Using the VIP Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the approval of your visa application nor will it affect the time taken for processing your application. VFS has no influence on that process. Kindly note, the VIP Premium Lounge is an optional service and solely at the discretion of the applicants.
Pay less for more. By paying for this service, you will get additional benefits. With the combo service, you will receive notification of your application status and get your Passport couriered to your doorstep. Kindly contact our call center or VAC officer for more information. Please note that the notifications of your application status will inform you about the stage your application is in during the process but will not inform you about the outcome of the decision on your visa application. You will only be informed about the decision regarding your application when your passport is returned to you.
There is a photocopying service at the Visa Application Centre for a fee of 1000 IDR for each photocopied sheet.
Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the Visa Application Centre. This will ensure that the photographs meet the requirements of the Embassy of the Netherlands. This service can be used for an extra fee of 45,000 IDR for 4 passport size photographs.
You can choose to have the passport returned by courier. The passports will be returned to your office or home address through our courier partner ARAMEX by paying a nominal additional charge depending on the location. Kindly contact our officer to know more about this service.
SMS and e-mail news updates will be sent to your mobile phone and your registered e-mail address provided in your application form, informing you of the status of your visa application.
At the end of the process you will receive an automated message informing you that a decision on your visa application has been made and that your passport has been returned from processing. You will not be informed about the outcome of the decision on your visa application; you will only receive this information when your passport is returned to you. This service costs IDR 20,000.
As per the requirements on the checklists that need to be followed when submitting an application, documents submitted at the VAC have to be in English or Dutch. Documents in other languages need to be translated in English or Dutch.
This service at the VAC allows you to get the document translated at the VAC itself. By offering this translation service the applicants will save time and complete the application process right away.
The translation service is available in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali, at a fee of IDR 70,000 per document.
This service provides customers with assistance in filling out the visa application form. Avail of the form filling services through our trained staff over a dedicated helpline number or in person at the Netherlands Visa Application Center in Jakarta. Before you take this service, you are requested to read and fill the disclaimer form in advance (Click Here).
- Cost for this service is IDR 100.000 per application. Payment will be collected when you submit your application at the Visa Application Centre.
- It is important to note that, VFS Global is engaged into business of serving diplomatic missions / consular sections by managing administrative and non-judgmental tasks related to the visa application process. The granting or rejection of visa is therefore the sole prerogative of the department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands responsible for the handling of visa applications. VFS has no influence on this process. Therefore, the use of the form filling service does not guarantee the granting of a visa.
- VFS Global has no role in advising the applicant on the type of application he/she needs to submit when applying for a visa. In other words, VFS Global staff fills in the visa application form on behalf of an applicant and per the instructions of the applicant. VFS Global shall not be liable for the outcome of the visa application whatsoever.
- You will not be entitled for any kind of refund whatsoever if the application is refused or issued for a shorter period than requested.

Prime Time service is mainly aimed to facilitate applicants who would prefer to apply outside of the normal processing hours.
Prime Time service allows applicants to submit their application at Netherlands Visa Application Centre outside of normal business hours, at a cost of IDR 600,000.- (VAT included) for each applicant, plus the visa fee and service charges.
