The VFS Visa Application Centre for the Netherlands in Turkey is the official outsourcing partner for consular services for the Kingdom of the Netherlands. You can apply here for your short-stay Schengen visa for the Netherlands or for a visa for the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom.
Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Quick links to information on visa categories and other helpful information including Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the Visa Wizard page on this website.
Step 3 Applicants should fill the Download Forms corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the Download Forms by visiting the nearest Netherlands Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.
Requirement to show printed negative COVID-19 test result and signed declaration
Since 15 December 2020, certain travelers are required to show a negative COVID-19 test result less than 72 hours old from the arrival time in the Netherlands and a signed negative COVID test declaration to the airline or ship operator and to the Dutch Royal Military and Border Police. Passengers must carry these printed documents with them for the duration of their journey. See the factsheet produced by the Netherlands’ government. Please note this list is subject to change, according to developments regarding Covid-19.
For countries still under the EU travel ban, there is a limited number of exemptions (where it ís possible to travel to the Netherlands).

Please note: your application will only enter the decision phase if it fulfills all Schengen visa requirements and explicitly and clearly meets the criteria for an exemption.
Temporary visa category partner in long-distance relationship
A new temporary short-stay visa category ‘partner in long-distance relationship’ has been created by the Netherlands.

Until further notice, Schengen Member States have suspended visa representation for other Schengen member countries. This means that the Netherlands VAC, until further notice, only accepts visa applications for the Netherlands itself.
