Application for a dutch passport and ID card
On the occasion of the official opening of the Dutch Passport Desk at VFS in London, Dutch citizens can apply on 10 January 2019 at no additional charge- the service and prime time fees will be waived that day.
If you have any questions or feedback regarding this new service, representatives of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be present and happy to attend to you.

The VFS Global Offices in London and Edinburgh accept both applications for renewals, as well as first applications for a Dutch passport or identity card. As of this date, you can also apply for a new Dutch passport or identity card if your previously issued Dutch travel document is lost or stolen. If you are no longer in possession of your passport or ID card, you can only apply at VFS if you have a copy of the missing document. All applications will be forwarded to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs for assessment.

No appointment related enquiries will be answered on this number. For appointment bookings applicants have to use only the online booking system on the VFS website.
